Introduction

The client shall have a non-exclusive license to use the website for their business purposes.

Payment

Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the Developer’s services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with written notice.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation. If resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements,
whether oral or written.
