Services provided
Galicki Digital agrees to provide freelance web design services as outlined in the agreement sent to the client.
Payment
Payment terms and amounts will be detailed in the agreement sent to the client.
Galicki Digital reserves the right to adjust prices for additional services requested by the client.
Project timeline
The timeline for project completion will be outlined in the agreement. Delays caused by the client, third-party services, or unforeseen circumstances may affect the timeline.
Client cooperation
The client agrees to provide timely feedback, necessary information, and materials essential for project completion. Failure to cooperate may result in project delays.
Revisions
The number of revisions allowed will be specified in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur additional charges.
Ownership and copyright
Upon full payment, the client will own the final design.
Galicki Digital retains the right to showcase the work in a portfolio or for promotional purposes.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the project.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches its terms. Termination terms and conditions will be outlined in the agreement.
Further t and c
The terms and conditions outlined above are general. Additional, specific terms and conditions may be included in the detailed agreement sent to the client. By agreeing to engage our services, the client acknowledges and accepts the further terms and conditions specified in the detailed agreement.
Governing law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland.
By engaging Galicki Digital's Freelance Web Design Services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Further terms and conditions will be specified in the detailed agreement sent to the client upon agreement.
