TT Driving School Case Study

Summary
TT Driving School is a Dublin-based automatic driving school catering to all types of learners, from novice drivers to adults wishing to refresh their driving skills.
My main objective was to create a highly competitive website that ranks for relevant keywords, appears alongside medium and large driving schools, loads quickly, and is easy to navigate.
Uniqueness combines with real - driving expertise
I began by designing Tom’s logo—he wanted something simple yet memorable, with red accents. From those hues, I developed a cohesive color palette to carry through the rest of his website.
The site presents every service and its pricing within a clean, masculine-neutral aesthetic. It’s built to accommodate multiple pages—all fully optimised to compete in a crowded market.
Key design features include a notched header, a compact gallery showcasing car interiors and details, and prominently displayed Google reviews to give the site an immediate credibility boost.

Loads effectively Tom's business vision
The website consistently loads in just 3–4 seconds, creating a strong first impression by delivering content almost instantly. Under the hood, an advanced caching layer preserves the site’s styling and static assets on the user’s device.
As a result, anyone who returns to the site on the same device enjoys even faster load times—often under 2 seconds—which keeps them engaged from the moment they arrive.
By reducing waiting time and eliminating visual “jumps” as elements render, this setup not only feels smooth and professional, but also drives tangible business results.
Faster page loads help lower bounce rates, encourage deeper exploration of services and pricing, and have been shown to boost conversion rates by up to 20 percent. Combined with responsive image-loading and streamlined code bundling, these optimisations ensure Tom’s site performs beautifully on both desktop and mobile—no matter how competitive the market.

Outranked big driving schools within 30 days
I successfully ranked TT Driving School for the highly competitive keyword “automatic driving school in Dublin” on the second page of Google search results, delivering Tom a steady stream of new inquiries.
The site also ranks for other competitive terms long dominated by established Dublin driving schools—TT Driving School’s newer, better-optimized website now effectively outranks them.
Tom tells me he’s receiving so many calls and emails that he can’t accommodate every client himself, so he’s referring newcomers to his friendly instructor colleagues, further strengthening his network and reputation.
